Why this matters
Education is still out of reach for most of the world.
Not because students aren't capable, but because the resources that make learning possible were never handed out evenly.
children and youth are out of school worldwide.
UNESCOof 10-year-olds in low- and middle-income countries can't read and understand a simple story.
World Bank & UNICEF, 2022young people and adults lack basic literacy skills, two thirds of them women.
UNESCOThe gap isn't only overseas. In the classrooms we sit in, the students who get furthest are often the ones who happened to have access to a study plan, a practice test, or someone who had already done it. Nearly everywhere, those things carry a price. We don't think they should.
Our mission
Free educational resources, for every student.
ABLE Initiatives exists to put learning materials, workshops, and expert sessions in front of any student who wants them, at no cost and with nothing to qualify for.
We run webinars and in-person workshops across three branches, bring in speakers who have done the work, and share the materials afterwards so they outlast the session. No fee, no application, no cap on who can come.
